CANCELLATION POLICY

We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify The Skin Garden CO at (423) 290-2582 as soon as possible to reschedule. If you are not able to cancel in the provided time frame, we do charge a 50% cancellation fee for no show or late cancellations withing 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
